In the occasion of a problem, a restart of either the SIA service or the full SIA can help. This can be done by navigating to the "System" menu.

  • In the SIA portal go to System
  • In the settings view locate Restart

Soft restart is quicker and will restart the SIA service.

Hard restart might take a bit longer and will restart the SIA device. This is especially useful in case something seems stuck.
