Delete

Only one instance

Currently we only support one instance connected to SIA at a time, adding more instances may cause instability



Error messages

Both instance and items can have errors. These are showed on the portal and the following sections describes the error and how to solve them.


Instance

Error message Description Solution
APDU timeout
The device cannot be found
Make sure the device address is correct, use the BACnet address, not the IP address



Item

Error message Description Solution
Vendor Proprietary Value: other
The object type is not correct
The object type that you have provided does not correspond to the object type that is avalable at the address, select the correct object type.
If an object type that you need is not supported please contact us.
