Manage settings & system information
How to view and edit settings & view system information
Settings of SIA can be managed in the portal and you can find information of your system. This can be very useful if you want to synchronize the clock or view some of the system information such as the version of the various components.
To view system information and settings of SIA:
- In the SIA portal go to Settings
- A view with various settings and information is presented.
The following tables describes all the various settings and system information:

| Internal write buffer | List size of internal buffer to store write command, before flushing them to the database | ✅ |

Changing settings
In order to change a setting simply click on it and a dialogue will appear. Press Save to apply the changes.
Synchronizing clock
In order to synchronize the clock with your system time press the Sync. clock with PC.
Afterwards SIA will re-initialize and the clock will be synchronized with your system.

The clock will be synchronized in UTC time and the time zone will not be used in the synchronization process
Changing time zone
In order to change the time zone click the time zone setting.
Press Save to apply the change and wait for SIA to re-initialize.
