Due to the internal workings of the OPC-UA Server, delivering error messages are somewhat hindered. If you are not receiving the output you are expecting take a look here.


Items not setting value

When adding an item, make sure that the UID or Item name enclosed in % is correct. If the system cannot find the item it will not display the correct value.


Not able to write values from client

The connector requires an up to-date SIA library for the write functionality to be avalible. Make sure that the library installed is at least 1.1.7. (Can be found under "System" System version, the number in parentheses.


High system load

If the items that are connected are incorrect, a symptom might be high system load. Check that all items are configured correctly and show up correctly in a client.
